Exercise

 

Exercise is for the body’s normal activity and maintenance. Age ,sex or anything doesnot matter for that.Everyone should do exercise.Its not for weight reduction,lower cholesterol,control diabetes or anything.The fact is that one who donot have exercise is prone to get many diseases,usually Doctors suggest those with the above chronic disease to do exercise.It doesn’t mean that only they should do.As rest body also needs exercise for the normal functioning of the body. While doing exercise blood circulation gets improved which energizes your body.So it should be made as a routine to your life.Some patients cannot do exercise by themselves; for that one should massage his/her body along with joint movements.One who is on fasting also shouldnot do exercise.After that gradually one can start doing exercise morning and evening in their room or yoga hall.Do exercise two times daily.Exercise taught here also helps.
